Nico Campana
Nico Campana is a third generation builder in Northern Colorado and has been working in the construction industry since he was just a kid. Having graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management, Nico was quick to follow in his family’s footsteps in starting Aliversa Builders and earning numerous contractor’s licenses in the Northern Colorado area. Within, the last 8 years, Nico has been part of the construction of over 100 single family homes, multiple commercial buildings, and many other projects. Nico is a co-owner and developer of the Bucking Horse and Jessup Farm Development in Fort Collins along with other members of his family.
Nico is married with three daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family and friends. Being born in this community, nothing makes Nico prouder than helping to grow and build a strong community around him.
